When I was first introduced to Michael's work it was though watching a doco called Garbage Warrior. Woman(lol)... that was awesome, right up my ally. There were many memorable moments of speech in the film, but one that stood out to me was when Michael said something along the lines of, "you wake up in the morning with no bills to pay, grow your own food and don't owe any money to the bank, you are free and one can't really know what that feels like being free from the system"
After watching that doco... the rabbit hole of alt house building techniques ensure.
