I know for **fact**, (over way too many drinks with a Defence Logisitcs Contractor) that the JORN network which is known officially as... "Over the Horizon Radar" has "other uses"

I say the above as many people say the Jorn Network could be Harrp, but to get the nod from a CEO was like hitting a goldmine for me.
