Panic in Ukraine, Authorities Deny Aircraft Are Spraying Aerosols Over Cities, Martial Law Expected

'The office of Emergency Response in the district of Desniansko, Kiev, are tonight (30th Oct.) strongly refuting reports that light aircraft were spraying a substance over the city intended to counter a “swine flu pandemic” in Ukraine.

It was reported that light aircraft were seen over the Forest market area of the city (close to the Forest metro station) and they were spraying an aerosol substance intended to “counter swine flu”, this of course would constitute forced medication of the population.

The editors of local newspapers in Kiev received dozens of phone calls from concerned residents and shop owners in the Forest market area of the city reporting they had observed several light airplanes circling in the sky during the day spraying an unidentified aerosol into the atmosphere.

Local newspapers contacted government administrators in Kiev and were told that “no permission had been granted today (30th Oct.) for small aviation aircraft to fly within the city limits”. Also local FM radio stations in Kiev were regularly refuting the reports during broadcasts today, apparently under duress from local authorities.

Reports of helicopters and light airplanes spraying aerosols over Kiev, Lviv, Ternopil, and other cities throughout Ukraine are tonight flooding online forums and websites, hundreds of people have verified the reports with their own eye-witness accounts.'

Evidence appears to suggest that Baxter International is responsible for a new deadly outbreak of viral pneumonia in Ukraine.

In February of 2009 Bloomberg reported that Baxter "accidentally" send vaccine material containing both live Avian bird flu and seasonal influenza to multiple laboratories worldwide. A laboratory decided to test the vaccine on it's ferrets, but the ferrets all unexpectedly died. It must be noted that Baxter has made a "mistake" like this before. Blood products produced by Baxter once containd HIV. Thousands of haemophiliacs died due to this, and many went on to infect their spouses.

Later in the year, a bizarre story emerged on the internet. The Huffington Post reported on a a man named Joseph Moshe who was arrested after a hours long standoff with the police because he had supposedly made threats against the White House. The man was able to withstand multiple rounds of tear gas.

However, the internet community was very skeptical of the true reasons behidn this man's arrest. Comments on the Huffington Post website immediately began pouring in about an unreported side to this story, namely that Joseph Moshe was a Mossad Agent specialized in biological warfare who called into a radio show to warn people about a biological weapn that was being made by Baxter international that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon it's release.

Although anyone can make a doomsday claim and we should never believe anyone (and it must be said that the Truth movement handled this well, the message was spread without being proclaimed as gospel) the amazing part about Moshe's claim was the location where Moshe said the biological weapon was being produced.

Moshe claimed that Baxter's laboratory in the Ukraine out of all places was creating this biological weapon. All of this came out in the beginning of August, which is more than 2 months before the situation that is currently unfolding. For Moshe to correctly name the country where a new epidemic would be unleashed, requires either inside information, or an incredible coincidence as anyone with a basic knowledge of statistics can confirm for himself.

Let us assume for a moment that every person on our planet has an equal chance of giving rise to a new lethal epidemic due to a virus that mutates as it spreads through his body. The Ukraine has 46 million inhabitants. The current estimated global population is about 6.7 billion. This means that if a new epidemic were to arise, the chance of this epidemic starting in the Ukraine would be 0.69%. However, it appears that this virus is a form of flu. This makes the odds of being right when guessing that a deadly flu is going to break out in the Ukraine even smaller. The reason for this is that back in early August the vast majority of influenza infections were found in different countries than the Ukraine. In fact, on 30 Oktober, Earthtimes reported that Ukraine had officially reported only two cases of swine flu, and no deaths, until last Friday. This deadly epidemic appears to have arrived out of nowhere in the Ukraine.

Moshe's biomed profile appears to confirm his position as a microbiologist. Furthermore, this page with Baxter's contact information for it's Ukraine office confirms that Baxter has a presence in the Ukraine.

It must also be noted that massive numbers of microbiologists have been dying bizarre deaths. This case of what appears to be a brave man who sacrificed it all to bring us this message may explain why so many microbiologists have been murdered. The fact that this man managed to predict an outbreak of highly lethal influenza in a place where we would least expect it, 2 months before it a actually occured, lends credence to his claim that Baxter International is responsible for the outbreak and shows that top microbiologists can pose a problem to the people responsible for this ongoing disaster.

It does seem odd. But I think the American empire media does not want to bring any "suspicion" to the flu thing. That may be why they do not cover this, they don't want to tell the sheeple that something may be afoot.

I think you are right on the suspicion thing because I don't think this is the swine flu. Although they are probably related in terms of this is what they will release to other areas of the world. My intuition says that people that have taken the jab will be more susceptable to this disease.

There is no coverage in Canada by the major networks either.

It just seemed to get lost amidst all of the swine flu coverage, and written off as just more cases of H1N1 before any lab samples had been processed. Well I haven't heard or seen anything through msm. It is amazing what is controlled but we are not surprised are we.

This is not H1N1, something else they have developed is being released. I feel it is something that was developed that attacks the body and that deaths can be masked to look like a flu or other virus, if that makes sense. They will keep on with their controlled plan and the msm will only release it when their given permission to do so but the public will just see it as a large outbreak of bird or swine flu and will not be any the wiser.

WHO did it - locals in Kiev say chemtrails caused that new pneumonic plague in Ukraine


You have probably seen all this conspiracy stuff all over the web about the new emerging threat of a mutated H1N1 (interesting that the web bots predicted a second more deadly hit from swine flu late in 2009). I usually don't post about this but like myself you may have known people who have come down with a stronger than normal flu or nasty chest infection this year. Infact i know numerous young healthy people who have come down with really severe pneumonia recently .. which which seems odd ..



So where is all this leading too? ... well RussiaToday seems to be reporting alot about a new emerging pneumonic plague in the Ukraine that was surprisingly apparently spread by Chemtrails . Over Kiev and the Forest area of Western Ukraine citizens were complaining of low flying planes spraying an aerosol that is "making the air heavy" and causing "dificulty breathing" as well as "red sores" forming on the skin, then a few days later thousands became sick with a nasty flu . 5 Sources confirms this and the local newspapers of Kiev also received hundreds of phone calls from residents and business owners close to the area the planes were spraying the suspicious substance. Not only that but local businesses and retailers were "advised" to stay indoors during the day by the local authorities.
